Valve Controller

Installation Steps

① Attach the mounting bracket to the Smart valve handle (do not fully tighten screws yet).

② Secure the mounting bracket to the water/gas pipe.

③ Align the output shaft of the valve controller with the axis of the valve handle (see diagram). Tighten the bracket screws. After installation, manually pull down the clutch pull ring and test the valve handle to ensure proper positioning.

④ Tighten the screws on the valve handle.

⑤ Connect the 12V/1A power adapter.

Indicator Light Status

The indicator light has been on: Connected and online.

The indicator light is flashing: Connecting in progress.

Troubleshooting Guide

① Valve controller does not fully open/close:

Check whether the output shaft of the valve controller and the valve handle are on the same shaft.

Misalignment may cause incomplete operation or motor burnout.

② Valve Stuck During Operation:

Pull down the clutch pull ring and rotate the handle 90° until the valve operates smoothly. If resistance persists, reinstall the valve.
